Diligence Process
Timeliness: We typically provide a valuation range within 48 hours of our initial conversation.Consistency: To maximize efficiency, quality, and seller experience, we leverage our operational expertise to perform our QofE in house.
Respect: We do not engage in unfriendly takeovers, and have a strict 100% employee retention policy post-acquisition. We honor and abide by our initial LOI, and pride ourselves on not re-trading our transaction partners.
Confidentiality: We guarantee the utmost confidentiality throughout our diligence process.
Post Acquisition
There are two way to drive value post acquisition - increase revenue, or slash costs. We do not see cost cutting as a sustainable or ethical business practice, and buy businesses in which we are certain we can drive top-line revenue growth.We leverage a substantial network of experienced managers who provide both strategic and operational support to our portfolio companies.This network consists of experienced sales leaders, digital marketing experts, product/engineering managers, customer support leaders, and financial analysts.We are operators, not investors. We heavily participate in operational activities.
